From the amazing flipping kicks of the traditional styles like eagle claw, drunken, and monkey, to the intense cardio UFC style fight training. The Academy is headed by Sifu John Vanegas, a 33rd generation Shaolin master extremely well versed in Northern Shaolin eagle claw, muay thai, and brazilian jiujitsu. Sifu John Vanegas has won numerous gold medals in world championships and is now dedicated to offering the best martial arts training possible to all of his students.
 Our academy is one of the oldest and most respected Kung Fu Martial Arts training centers in Florida. Our classes consist of a variety of traditional Kung Fu, as well as Wu Shu, Street Combat, Weaponry, Brazilian Jiujitsu, KickBoxing/MMA and much more.
