Cross Training

Our Cross Training classes are for those men and women looking to learn the skill sets and physical conditioning of a kickboxer without the contact. The classes are high energy and are designed to give the student an intense physical workout in a safe and positive environment. Students learn and develop footwork, timing, and proper execution of punches and kicks. Instruction focuses on pad training, parrying drills, floor conditioning, and partner mitt drills. The class focuses the fundamentals of boxing, muay thai, and kickboxing giving each student a solid education in proper technique.

Each session burns an average of 600 calories and is great for muscle toning and sculpting. All levels are welcome as each student progresses at their own pace. If you would like to receive a guest pass to observe or take one of our classes, give us a call today.
